Emily Bay Named SLIAC Field Athlete Of The Week

ST. LOUIS, Mo.— The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) announced Emily Bay as the Field Athlete of the Week.

Bay, a Union, Missouri, native, competed in six events at the Sewanee Mountain Laurel Invite. Highlighting her weekend was a third place performance in the javelin as she tossed a personal-record 30.48 m.

She also set new personal-bests in the hammer and discus throw, while taking part in the shot put, 4x100 relay and the 4x400-meter relay races.
