ST. LOUIS, Mo.—The Fontbonne University men’s volleyball team will become the first NCAA Division III team to compete at the Off the Block Grow the Game Challenge in Nashville, Tenn., between Jan. 18-20. The Griffins will join the field that includes, Lindenwood (Mo.), Lincoln Memorial, Grand Canyon University, USC, Barton, and Bluefield thus far.

The Griffins defeated the Highlanders in straight sets (25-11, 25-21, 25-15) and swept (25-14, 25-12, 25-21) past the Lightning to close out the day.

JERSEY CITY, NJ.—The Fontbonne University men’s volleyball team tied the program-record in wins (17) on Friday with a sweep (25-13, 25-21, 25-14) over New Jersey City.

DALLAS, Pa.—The Fontbonne University men’s volleyball team swept past Misericordia in straight sets (25-22, 25-11, 25-16) to start the day, however, the Hunter College Hawks took game two in four (25-20, 17-25, 23-25, 20-25).

CHESTER, Pa.—The Fontbonne University men’s volleyball team cruised past Widener for its second straight sweep (25-16, 25-22, 25-22) to start its trip out east.

READING, Pa.—The Fontbonne University men’s volleyball team got back to its winning ways on Tuesday night as they started its trip out to Pennsylvania with a sweep (25-22, 25-18, 25-15) over Alvernia.

NAPERVILLE, Ill.—The Fontbonne University men’s volleyball team started out well against North Central on Saturday, however, the Cardinals took the final three sets (25-22, 19-25, 19-25, 22-25) for the win.

KENOSHA, Wis.—The Fontbonne University men’s volleyball team went toe-to-toe with No. 2-ranked Carthage on Friday night, however, the Red Men came away with the straight set (17-25, 20-25, 18-25) win.
